Peng Miao received his BS and MS degrees from School of Life Sciences at Nanjing University in 2008 and 2011. Afterwards, he received his PhD degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Biophysics. In 2018, he became a Full Professor at Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He worked as a visiting scholar in Nadrian C. Seeman’ Lab from July 2019 to July 2020. He has published over 180 peer-reviewed papers with an H-index of 41, authored 32 patents and 3 English book. He has received numerous awards and honours, including Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), Fellow of International Association of Advanced Materials (FIAAM), World’s Top 2% Scientists, Top 1% of Highly Cited Authors (RSC), China Association for Instrumental Analysis Science and Technology Award (1st Award) and CAS President’s Award. His current research is focused on DNA nanotechnology based bioanalytical chemistry.
