The morning of July 21, The signing ceremony for cooperation was held in SIBET, between Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology (under Construction) and USA Foreal Spectrum，Inc. “Cooperation Framework Agreement” respectively
According to“Cooperation Framework Agreement”, the two sides cooperated and established research center in SIBET, development medical instruments and equipment focused,to carry out extensive cooperation in scientific research, personnel training and Achievement Transformation , etc. The first phase intend to start the development of two projects, which were flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.
During ceremony, deputy president Tang Yuguo read out the notification with regard to the establishment of SIBET–USA Foreal Spectrum Joint Laboratory and the employment of responsible person. Deputy president Zhang Tao issued Zheng Anmin the appointment letters, the director of SIBET–USA Foreal Spectrum Joint Laboratory.
Zheng Anmin said that the joint laboratory would carry out scientific research and industrialization according to world field cutting edge and domestic market demands, with the platform of SIBET, train talents and forming R&D teams, and make high-level research achievements.
Zhang Tao deputy president pointed that this cooperation served the common interests of both sides. And he hoped that both sides promoted and implemented the specific content of cooperation as soon as possible in the spirit of mutual benefit and common development principles, and made cooperation yield positive results through joint efforts.
