Recently, the 2010 Chinese Academy of Sciences "Chair Professor Albert Einstein" program project list is disclosed, the foreign experts Min Gu recommended by our institute was selected. "Einstein Chair Professorship Scheme" is an important cooperation program since 2004 by inviting famous scientists to give lectures to strengthen our communication and cooperation with the out-standing scientists in the world. There were totally 20 experts selected in the program this year.

Professor Min Gu, an elected fellow of the Australian Academy of Science as well as the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering. Professor Gu has conducted many pioneering projects in the area of micro/nanophotonics.
