On October 24th, 2014, Prof. Chen Qixian from the University of Tokyo visited SIBET and gave a speech.. 

To begin with, Prof. Dong Wenfeihosted the meeting,andgave a brief introduction to the educational background and track record of Dr. Chen Qixian.Secondly, Dr. Chen Qixian introduced gene therapy, he mentionedthat the preparation of high-efficiency multi-functional DNA carrier transport system was of vital importance in achieving gene therapy and detailed explanation for the block copolymer PEG- Polycation based carrier DNA micelles. The introduction of a variety of chemical and biological concepts in this micelles, which can be obtained functionality, such as stable micelle structure, enhance micelle concealment, targeted activation activity, and ultimately achieve a positive therapeutic effect of pancreatic cancer by intravenous injection.
