Background
The Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as Suzhou Institute of Medical Technology) and related institutions in the surrounding areas to accelerate the development of medical instruments and diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation in this field; enhance the scientific and technological training and education capacity of Suzhou Institute of Medical Technology, and enhance the scientific and technological research and development and transformation capacity of advanced medical instruments in countries along the "Belt and Road"; expand the international scientific and technological influence of ANSO, Suzhou Institute of Medical Technology and related participating institutions; promote the transformation of scientific achievements.
