Since graduating from master's degree in 2006, he has been committed to the R & D and application of large-scale in vitro diagnostic and analytical instruments in the field of medical devices. He has successively presided over the development and small batch trial production of small and medium-sized automatic chemiluminescence analyzer, the development and small batch trial production of medium-sized automatic chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer, and the development of automatic multi-modal testing machine. The full-automatic chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer developed by the host has obtained the product registration certificate of medical devices, and has completed small batch trial production. So far, more than 40 invention patents and utility model patents have been applied for. In 2016, as the founder, he founded an enterprise mainly engaged in the R & D and industrialization of automatic chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer; Won the title of "innovation leader of Suzhou hi tech incubation zone" in 2018; In 2019, he joined Suzhou Institute of biomedical engineering technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Deeply cultivate the IVD field, take the market demand as the guidance, layout the R & D and industrialization of integrated diagnostic product system, realize the self-development of core components, self-production of functional modules and self creation of leading products, and build a high-quality in vitro diagnostic technology transfer and transformation team.
