Resume:

The main research direction is the development of in vitro diagnostic reagents related to blood transfusion safety. Member of the Expert Committee of Liquid Biopsy Technology of the Second China Association of Integrative Medicine, Laboratory Medicine Professional Committee.

Committed to the research of molecular and immune POCT detection technology, as the project leader, he applied for the approval of Jiangsu Youth Fund, Jiangsu Postdoctoral Fund, and enterprise horizontal projects.

As the first author or corresponding author has published 8 papers, 4 authorized invention patents, 7 utility model patents, and 2 appearance patents.


Direction:

Focusing on blood immunology, on the one hand, it combines classical detection technology with sound, light, magnetic, and electrical technologies to develop new type of immunodiagnostic technology; on the other hand, it combines unique nucleic acid extraction technology with body temperature amplification technology to develop Molecular diagnostic techniques for families and communities.

(1) Molecular diagnostic technology based on RPA amplification technology: using isothermal amplification technology, gene editing enzymes and restriction enzymes, etc., to carry out research on the detection of infectious microorganisms, and to provide fast and accurate solutions for clinical practice.

(2) Research on enzymatic chemiluminescence POCT detection technology: research on new POCT chemiluminescence technology.
